OnStar Service Plans

1. Premium Plan

Service availability, features, and functionality vary by device and software version. Data plans are provided by a select third-party telecommunication provider according to their terms and conditions.

2. Emergency Services

OnStar plan, working electrical system, cell reception, and GPS signal required. OnStar links to emergency services. Not all vehicles may transmit all crash data. Advisors certified by the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch®.

3. Remote Access

Remote Access Plan does not include emergency or security services. See onstar.ca for details and limitations.

4. In-Vehicle Apps

Additional data plan rates may apply. Available on select GM vehicles with compatible hardware. Third-party trademarks are the property of their respective third-party owners and used under agreement. Requires active connected vehicle services and data plan or connection to an external Wi-Fi Hotspot. 9. OnStar Guardian App

U.S. and Canada only. Available on select Apple and Android devices. Mobile Crash Response services are intended for use in select vehicles only and can connect automatically on Android devices only. OnStar Guardian service plan (stand-alone plan, add-on plan, or plan that includes the service), cell reception, GPS signal, and device data connection required. Terms apply.
